Built in 1724 as a private estate, Coddexa Demo Hotel has evolved through the centuries into one of England's most celebrated country house hotels. We preserve the soul of the building while delivering every modern comfort.

Our 40-acre estate is managed with biodiversity in mind. We grow over 80 varieties of vegetables, fruits, and herbs in our walled kitchen garden. Our solar array provides 60% of our energy needs. We aim to be carbon neutral by 2027.
